The Fun Metal lamps are composed of round discs which are flexibly connected with one another by small metal rings. Arranged in chains of varying length, the discs are then suspended from a central metal ring. The heat emitted by the bulb creates thermal radiation that creates slight movement among the discs, which reflect the light to create a shimmering effect.
