Madame Shanghai, designed by Melissa Collison Design, is the Lotus Group’s newest yum cha eatery and bar. It is an elegant explosion of playful blues, pinks, and yellows. It drew inspiration from 1930s Shanghai and northern-Chinese street food within an Australian context.
