JBL CBT Series – Constant Beamwidth Technology™

Line Array Column Loudspeakers featuring JBL’s patent pending Constant Beamwidth Technology.

Years of extensive research by Harman engineers has breathed new life into a classic concept, the passive Line Array Column Loudspeaker and created a new industry buzz term “Constant Beamwidth Technology”, a breakthrough in pattern control consistency, utilising complex analogue beam forming and amplitude shading to deliver consistent vertical coverage without the narrow vertical beaming and out of band lobbing typical of passive column speakers.

Designed specifically for acoustically challenged venues that would typically use larger point-and-shoot speakers, the new JBL CBT models incorporate technical advancements that allow them to vastly outperform competitive systems, with a level of user-friendliness that virtually eliminates the challenges of delivering great sound.
