BSS Give You More For Less

BSS recently gave a sneak preview of the latest member of the Soundweb London (Blu), the BLU-100. A cost effective open architecture digital signal processor, designed to fill the gap between fixed architecture products such as dbx ZonePro, and it’s modular open architecture bigger brothers in the Soundweb London family.

The BLU-100 is based around a fixed I/O format of 12 analogue inputs (software configurable mic or line) and eight analogue line level outputs. Plus up to 48 channels in / out via “BLU Link”, the same low latency digital audio network featured on other Soundweb London processors.

The BLU-100 is compatible with the same remote control devices such as the BLU-8 and BLU-10 and can be integrated into networks containing other Soundweb London devices. Support for the BLU-100 will be added to HiQnet London Architect version 3.0 scheduled for release this month (February 2010).

The BLU-100 is a perfect cost effective replacement for the long running BSS Soundwen Original (Green) series (recently announced end of life) delivering greater DSP power, enhanced networking and wider control options for a lower price.

Stay tuned for the official launch of the BLU-100. We expect it to be an extremely popular addition to the family.
