Beyond AV add a touch of colour to the Golden Sheaf Hotel

The Golden Sheaf Hotel in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs has undergone a stunning renovation over several months. Behind the Golden Sheaf’s modest Art Deco façade lays four bars, constant entertainment and even a recently refurbished hotel with some of the best room prices in the city.

Beyond AV designed the audio and lighting for all areas of the hotel beginning with the front of the hotel which features LED lighting including five Pro ShopTri-ColourLED Strips which are IP65 rated making them ideal for exterior applications where a compact, yet high output fixture is required. The LED Strips are used to light up a feature silver mesh screen.

Inside the hotel is the Terrace Bar into which Beyond AV installed two Martin MAC250 Kryptons which provide light, colour and movement whenever a DJ is playing in this area.

The airy back bar is a huge space with a main bistro area, another section with plasma screens so you can watch the big game but still be part of the action, and a quieter covered sitting area with 70s style couches and tables. The back bar transforms into a popular nighttime destination on Wednesday to Sunday evenings, with some of Australia’s top bands and DJ’s gracing the stage.

To cater for this Beyond AV installed four Martin MAC250 Kryptons as well as twelve Pro Shop LED PAR64 fixtures.
