Turbosound’s NEW Compact TCX Speaker Series15

The popular Turbosound TCS Compact (install) and TXD (portable) ranges are to be replaced with an all new range called Compact TCX.

The new Compact series offers four high performance passive two-way loudspeakers, and a choice of two bandpass subwoofers. Designed to be discreet in permanent installs, the Compact series cabinets also feature concealed pole mount sockets and rear handles for an unobtrusive appearance, but making them equally suited to portable use.

The Compact series comprises the 8” two-way TCX-8, 10” two-way TCX-10, 12” two-way TCX-12, and 15” two-way TCX-15 passive loudspeakers, plus TCX-15B and TCX-18B subwoofers, all with Speakon NL4 and barrier strip connectors. Internal M10 rigging points are provided for use with Turbosound wall and ceiling brackets, and also for OmniMount™ loudspeaker mounting hardware.

The Compact series is supported by the latest GLL data file format for use with the EASE acoustic simulation program. The well-proven rotatable Converging Elliptical Waveguide also features in the range, with the smooth and even dispersion characteristics that are ideal for smaller clubs, cafés and restaurants. Each of the four full-range models has a rotatable waveguide and can be mounted vertically or horizontally.

Black versions are available now. Optional white, custom colour and IP rated models will be available in the coming months.
