The Fairmont Resort refurbishes with Whitecliffe Imports

The Fairmont Resort is located in the Western Sydney Region on the cusp of the dramatic Jamison Valley in Blue Mountain National Park. The venue is perfect for weekend escapes from the city, weddings, leisure and business conferences. With the recent an extensive renovation, the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains has been welcomed into the prestigious MGallery upscale hotel group.  

Creative Design Vision
The design vision focused on transforming the venue to sit more comfortably in its natural rainforest environment. The chosen carpet for the Logs Bar features a unique cut logs design and the reception and foyer is reminiscent of a Scottish hunting lodge with its inviting tartans set.

Whitecliffe Service
The Fairmont Resorts brief was delivered to Whitecliffe to engineer and manufacture the stylish and unique carpet so it could meet not only the criteria of performance and design function but also fast delivery in order to keep down time for construction to a minimum.
The carpet was designed, manufactured, delivered and installed within 9 weeks.

Whitecliffe provided a fully integrated design and construct management service to Fairmont Resort for the carpet part of the refurbishment. This included the use of HTW’s hotel and hospitality design service and large 100cm x 100cm sampling.

The chosen carpet for the lounge bar and lobby area was, HTW Arcade 100% Nylon with 550gram with the attached felt backing.
