For more than 20 years, Brisbane-based company Prototype Products has led the charge for importing, finishing and manufacturing seatings, settings and furnishings across Australia and the South Pacific.

Prototype is one of Queensland’s largest providers of furniture covering the spectrum of imported products to finishing custom-made products manufactured at their in-house upholstery facility in Murarrie (Brisbane).

Prototype further sets itself apart from the competition by its ability to custom construct specific furniture to suit the clients’ needs by combining upholstery, timber and metal fabrication capabilities.

Currently Prototype provides quality furniture predominantly to the hospitality industry with projects including Byron at Byron Bay; new furniture for the Regatta’s Boathouse Restaurant, the refurbished Summit Restaurant and Westfield Chermside foodcourt, all in Brisbane; and Q1 and Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast.
