Located close by the water in the Moreton Bay Region, The Belvedere Hotel offers a light and airy atmosphere well suited to the subtropical climate. The design itself is constrained, with light weight shade structures, an open pavilion and a generous amount of waterfront decking. A new island bar was introduced to activate the large outdoor dining area, making it easier for patrons to access the bar, stay longer and enjoy the sunsets.

The space is lush with plants, and complements the white brick and blond timber used predominately throughout the hotel refurbishment. Within the interior of the hotel is a public bar, lounge area and function space, allowing for a more intimate experience.
