Calling all German food lovers! The Bavarian has joined the line-up of culinary restaurants on offer at Westfield Chermside’s new dining precinct. The younger brother of The Bavarian Bier Café, The Bavarian is all about bringing a fast-service approach to German hospitality.

Unita partnered with Rockpool Dining Group, one of Australia’s largest dining and hospitality groups, to carry out the build of the 500m2 restaurant. Designed by Collectivus, the space also features custom joinery, stainless steel, lighting and kitchen equipment from the Unita Group.

Collectivus provided the interior design for German beer house, The Bavarian. The spacious, contemporary bar is located in the brand-new dining precinct at Westfield Chermside. Featuring natural timbers, lush greenery & bold brass fixtures – this venue is the perfect spot to enjoy a cold stein & a specialty schnitzel. With formal sit down dining, communal style beer hall, or alfresco beer garden, patrons will be spoiled for choice while taking a break from shopping or just catching up with friends.
