The Brook Bar & Bistro is an ultra modern, stylish venue located in the stunning surrounds of Ellenbrook in Perth’s North. Boasting a 200 seat bistro, state of the art TAB facilities, two 65″ plasmas, a huge projector screen and many more smaller plasmas, a relaxing lounge bar and two beer gardens The Brook has something to offer everyone.

The brief was to attract clientele and make them comfortable. Design for people to meander through the entire premises. The style for this project contains three zones, offering guests different options depending on their mood. The design defines the intimate spatial volumes and areas which provide glimpses and discovery of entry into each space. Style is a sassy touch of luxury across with urban jungle.

In the Bistro Dining area classic black and white; sleek white vertical fins throughout the restaurant with black and white carpet design. Seating in tiers and staggered in height which provided view across the entire room from a retired position. The next tier offers guests lounge seating by the fire, contained between feature screens.
