The Van Haandel Group have opened the doors to their latest venture in Melbourne, Trocadero – a modern, sophisticated yet accessible brasserie which is part of the iconic Arts Centre Melbourne’s redeveloped Hamer Hall.

Frank Van Haandel and Anthony Musarra are the creative minds behind Trocadero which channels a fresh take on a classic brasserie fusing vibrant and timeless design, versatile menu options mixed with an element of surprise.

Trocadero includes a variety of indoor and protected outdoor spaces all of which have expansive and magnificent views of the Yarra River and Melbourne’s skyline. The indoor and outdoor bar hosts up to 140 people and the restau
