Opulence is definitely the word for the new Malt Supper Club, an exciting addition to the Perth bar scene. The two-storey supper club, formerly Seven Seas restaurant located on Beaufort Street, Mt Lawley rivals the most stylish in town with its intimate somewhat decadent atmosphere
Malt Supper Club features plush surrounds, four bars and private rooms available for functions. The interior was designed by the owner Tony Tricarico, supplied by Furniture Options and Wall to Wall Carpets.
Dark, brooding and dramatically opulent, the two-storey saloon has four bars, a private function room and separate seating areas. Crushed velvet curtains, black, shimmering damask patterns and a labyrinth of bespoke fittings create a wonderland of richly textured features culminating in a strikingly recessed pressed-tin ceiling and a jet-black chandelier.
To provide comfortable seating areas Furniture Options custom-made the Arizona Banquette to nestle into discreet corners. These banquettes create a scene of their own with deep buttoned back rests and comfortable curved backs.
The furnishings have played a key role in the creation of the atmosphere through the prominent use of the Victoria Function Chair with its aluminium tapered legs and glossy black finish, the classic lines of the Operetta Tub Chair, with its curved back rest, angled rear legs and gorgeous velour upholstery and plush finish ottomans. The Operetta Tub Chair has been teamed with Sayaba Coffee Tables to create intimate seating areas.
