Situated near the corner of Bourke and Spring in the CBD, in the iconic 1883 grand hotel, The Hotel Windsor. A space once occupied by the Hard Rock Cafe, sits Wallis & Ed, a renovated space that has become a dining room and bar.
The crisp, neutral hues of the interior make the space an inviting one where visitors can enjoy a spot of breakfast, lunch or pre theatre drinks.
The name of the dining room and bar is a cheeky nod to Windsor royalty Edward, Prince of Wales and his saucy mistress Wallis - was created by architects Woods Bagot with beautiful hardwood floors and boldly patterned walls.
