Cafe Culture at Cotton Duck

Since opening Danks St Depot in 2002, chef and restaurateur, Jared Ingersoll, has built a solid reputation on his ethical and sustainable approach to ingredient sourcing. This has been brought to stunning fruition with the recent opening of Cotton Duck in a former warehouse space on Holt Street, in Surry Hills. The area and the corner position is what lured me - I have always loved this area and lived in it for many years. Here Ingersoll shares a few insights into the project

The venue features Cafe Cultures's Ariel bistro chair, Solid Tasmanian Table Tops and Accra 2 Way Table Base.

"Café Culture was great to deal with when sourcing furniture," said Jared. "Things just happened! The ability to loan chairs while we waited for the 'White Bistro' to arrive (we knew they would not make the opening date before we placed the order) allowed us to order the chairs we wanted, and not be without in between. Overall it is the result of a great team effort!."
