Level Six world-class restaurant line-up announced for Westfield Sydney

Westfield Sydney has announced the final suite of Level Six restaurateurs to open this August, as the $1.2 billion development continues to redefine dining in a shopping precinct.

From August 15, Westfield Sydney will expand its premium food offering to include world-class dining at Alessandro Pavoni’s Lombardian restaurant Spiedo Restaurant & Bar, David Tsirekas’ Greek restaurant, Xanthi, and Sydney’s modern-Asian favourite, Chat Thai.

In September, the Level Six offering will be complete when Simon Goh opens Chinta Ria…Mood for Love. This is Goh’s second offering at Westfield Sydney after Sassy’s Red, opened on Level Five in April. Chinta Ria…Mood for Love will see Goh’s signature Malaysian food served in more intimate surrounds with seating for just 40 people.

Trading from 7:30am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday, and sitting above the vibrant hub of the Level Five food atrium, including Justin and Georgia North’s Quarter Twenty One and Bécasse, these new Level Six restaurateurs join Sydney’s favourite yum cha, Sky Phoenix, which opened their refurbished 400-seat restaurant in October 2010.

Robert Jordan, Westfield Managing Director Australia and New Zealand said, “Our vision at Westfield Sydney was to set a new benchmark in dining and we are pleased that such world class chefs and restaurateurs shared this vision. The Level Five food atrium is proving extremely popular with CBD workers, Sydneysiders and tourists and the opening of the Level Six restaurants will offer our customers even greater choice in elevated dining.”
