Satelight light Saffire



If you have ever been to Tasmania's Freycinet Peninsula, you will understand exactly why the Saffire resort is where it is. Overlooking the Great Oyster Bay and located down the road from the national park, the resort boasts a beautiful restaurant which overlooks the crystal waters. As part of the restaurant's fit-out, Satelight collaborated to produce the stunning lighting for the space. Three large chandeliers hung in the space, each with asymmetrical shades and an inverted topography made from acrylic rods. The rods were designed to reflect the shape of the mountains in the distance.
