Perth's party crowd can recline on leather chesterfields with tapas plates of mouth-watering treats or spill out into the brick laneway with wine and cocktails, at this European-inspired basement bar.

Sequestered in the basement of a building from 1905, the decor is appropriately old-fashioned (with a bit of modern finesse), featuring the classy chesterfields, a feature fireplace, and plenty of ornate lamps about the place.

Owners Ryan Gregory and Carla Arevalo decided to use decor that would fit in with the era when the building was constructed. However there are modern touches such as the Ulf Moritz wallpaper from Germany, Bizazza tiles from Italy, polished concrete

on the main bar floor and light fittings imported from Spain.

The owners worked closely on the interior design with Perth archtitect Brandon Cross.

Mega Vision Sound & Lighting supplied and installed the audio system for Andaluz and this comprised of white Turbosound Impact 55 speakers with a few QF-8 ceilign speakers. Australian Monitor amplifiers drive the system whilst an Australian Monitor Zone Mix 3 Controller is used to control the system.

Mega Vision Sound & Lighting also supplied a Multi CD Player and a DVD/Tuner.

Zone Mix 3 (ZM3) Zone Controller

The ZM3 offers exceptional performance for both foreground and background music applications. Its generous mix of universal inputs, five stage eq, stereo outputs and remote paging, source and volume control make for a formidable package.
