The Osborne Park Hotel has made huge renovation changes to create distinct areas.
The changes include a new restaurant, lounge and garden. Designer Neil Smith's fundamental brief was to provide a modern bar within the existing building envelop. The original Lounge and Sports bar was along the back wall with perimeter ablution blocks restricting the view. Subsequently the bars were rotated 90 degrees and placed to the front of the building. The Garden bar was halved in size and cooled by putting in an insulated ceiling panels and large external fans. The public bar was also gutted and refurbished in its existing location. A state of the art kitchen was added to compliment the new development. In the near future the Bottle shop will be refurbish to complete the job
Furniture Options supplied all of the furniture with the lounge area featuring the HQ Sled Base Bench on brushed stainless steel sled legs, with an upholstered back in a commercial grade fabric. These
were customised to provide comfortable seating areas of differing lengths. Shisham slatted high bars in solid Indian Rosewood have been scattered throughout and teamed with Jaz Bar Stools, upholstered in black commercial vinyl, to provide more informal eating and dining areas. |
